Valiant Vanquish Stove Fan – 2 Blade (For Large Rooms)
So, you have a wood burner, log burner or multi-fuel stove. It looks fantastic and everyone thinks it’s great… but friends and family alike fight to sit the closest – a little too far away and it’s just not warm enough!
That’s where the stove fan comes in. The Stove Fan is an essential tool for ensuring maximum heat is circulated around the room from your Stove or Aga.
When your Stove Fan is placed on a working wood burning stove, heat is conducted from the surface of the stove, travelling up from the aluminium base of the fan, to the underside of the device. The device generates electricity by having one side hot and the other side cooler (known as a ‘thermal difference’). This temperature difference creates a ‘potential difference’ (a voltage) in the circuit. This voltage powers the motor, which in turn drives the fan. Some models of Stove Fan can operate from temperatures as low as 50°C.
